Cheese Louise began with a simple idea: put a bit of a spin on an American icon. The toasted white bread with a slice of fake cheese in the middle that we all grew up on will forever be in the culinary history books, but we wanted something a bit different. With Lee at the helm, we set a course for the steep waves of flavor added to this piece of Americana. After some trial and error, we found a recipe for a great sandwich made greater.
